Kitchen Deep Cleaning Services

Kitchen Deep Cleaning

Your kitchen is subject to inspection by your local environmental health officer (EHO) from the HSE. How often your kitchen may be inspected will depend on the level of risk associated with the food you produce.

There are requirements under the Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 as amended on the hygiene of foodstuffs that you must meet. The European Communities (Hygiene of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 2006 [S.I. No. 369 of 2006 as amended] gives effect to this European Communities Regulation in Irish law.

A clean kitchen / production area is part of the Prerequisite Hygiene Requirements that you must have in place in order to comply with the above regulations.

Cleaning is required to:

  • Reduce the risk of cross contamination
  • To prevent food poisoning and spoilage
  • To prevent pest infestation
  • To ensure a safe working environment for staff
  • To comply with the Law

Under our cleaning programme we:

  • Kitchen Equipment, Deep fat fryers, Combi Ovens, Soup Pans, Grills, Steamers & Griddles etc
  • Service Counters
  • Service Areas
  • Sinks and Dishwasher
  • Shelving/Racks

  • Janitorial Rooms
  • Ceilings
  • Walls
  • Stainless Steel Walls/Areas
  • Floors

Deep Clean the premises, including fittings and fixtures and particularly those items you handle, such as electric plugs, door handles, light switches to ensure that the premises are totally clean.

Where it is possible all items of equipment will be pulled out from the wall and the area behind cleaned.

The purpose of this clean is to remove grease, carbon build up, food debris, daily dust and grime from the food production and preparation.

Whether you run a food outlet, a restaurant, Nursing Home or a large industrial kitchen, at least once a year you are going to need a complete clean down. Our Deep Cleaning service is therefore designed specifically for you.
